Anti-Trust laws seem to be our last line of defense.
If the President fails to enforce anti-trust laws now, after perhaps the most Anti-American decision in USSC history then I guess he'll deserve his loss in 2012.

Bust the fucking trusts.

1. Ronny RayGuns rescinded the Sherman Anti-Trust Act
by executive order

There would definitely be some hurt feelings over reinstating the law. Worse yet it would upset an already fragile economic recovery

3. You can't bust corporations up when they're the biggest financiers of your election campaign.
With the Supreme Court decision striking down McCain-Feingold, corporations and the oligarchs who run them will have an even freer hand in influencing and corrupting legislators.
