Many MSNBC talked a lot about it and Rachel was very strong on it.
(Strange that Jonathan Turley, that constitutional lawyer Keith so often has on has said what a close call this was legally, arguments on both sides were convincing but he'd have to come down on side of first amendment, the majority decision!)

Anyway if this didn't get us out on the street we can't blame the MSM for that part. And while their goal might become to keep us dumb right now that is more incidental to that they are there to titillate and not illuminate. They treat us like teens with a short attention span. Ratings.

I felt like it, but honestly, I didn't want to look like the crazy person I felt like I was becoming, so I drowned my sorrow in Old Crow instead (it was the least corporate sounding bourbon I could think of).

14. I know for myself

I would love to take to the streets because of the legislative shenanigans going on. But the reality of it is that I have to work for a corporation like many of us. Taking to the streets would then jeopardize my employment (yea I know take a vacation or sick day but what do I do when I need them for a personal emergency). If I lost my job I would loose my Health (Insurance) benefits and my income. Kind of a catch 22 situation for may of us.
