The National Security argument against the SC ruling
What's to prevent China (or any other nation for that matter) from buying up shares of US companies in order to influence elections? Hell, they could just set up a shell company to do their bidding.

2. and to get the freepers going -- what's to prevent MUSLIMS from Arab countries
who probably already own big chunks of US companies - what's to prevent them from influencing our elections?
