Need talking point assistance: the rights of speech and association mean you don't lose your right
to speech when you associate. This seems to make sense. How does a corporation as the associated entity change all this?

1. A corporation has limited liabilty for its officers for acts that would otherwise be criminal.
That's a powerful advantage over any non-corporate assocation.

That advantage is then leveraged to accumulate money in the commercial arena - money that is supposed to go to expenses, salaries, taxes, and shareholders. To turn around and use that money to influence politics gives a corporation one hell of a head start on the rest of us.

No humans working at a corporation should lose any right. But for a corporation to be considered a person and then granted constitutional rights?? NO WAY.
