I think I would immediately file arrest warrants for Xe, KBR, and a bunch of other crooked corporations.

How do you arrest a company? Well, when you arrest a person, you suspend his freedom to operate and freeze his assets.

So let's suspend assets (and operation) of these companies. No money is allowed to go in or out. No employees (other than lawyers) are allowed to work on their behalf. All other employees are not allowed to access sites or resources pending the closure of the case.

If they want to claim they are people, let's treat them like people. If they want to admit that they are convenient fiction created to limit liability, then their "freedom" must be similarly limited.

In the wise words of Stan Lee: with great power comes great responsibility. If they don't want to be held responsible, they should not be given the limitless power.

1. Good Plan
to be employed on the first plausible pretext. We need such strategies in hand if we are going to win the 2nd Revolutionary War with minimal loss of life and property.

3. But what about the employees?
If this plan were applied to my employer, I would be harmed far more than the decision makers. In this case, thousands of people would be put out of work, and many would lose their homes, who had no say in what the corporation did.

2. Erm, I assume you're talking about Jerry Brown
But where does the atty general of a state get the authority to shut down a corporation that operates across the nation? He could probably shut them out of California, but only at the cost of jobs and tax dollars.
