sometimes he can take something and manufacture outrage over it, but he starts with the truth.

Rush is not acquainted with the truth.

OxyRush is a serial liar, Keith tells the truth.

The other difference is that when Keith is wrong he admits it. OxyRush makes claims he never said it in the first place.
