9. As much as I agree, I'll take responsibility for the failure.

Because if WE had shouted enough, loud enough, massive enough, they would have never let Roberts on the court, and the court would think twice before angering most of the nation. But we're quiet. Even the protests that lead up to the war were quiet. Millions hit the streets. Not for a year, a month, but a few days. And rightly so, considering we work, are unhealthy, have lives.
