FOX Noise has been a 24x7 GOP commercial all along with no limits on spending.

1. In theory all channels could be bombarded with the new ads. |
Surely that's much worse?

3. But stations will only sell so much of their ad time for political ads. |
FCC has strict regulations for political ads that stations have to adhere to.

2. Don't forget that Brown beat Coakley spending a lot less. |
Plus there are only so much time that stations will sell for political ads because of strict FCC regs the stations have to adhere to.

4. If you liable me I can sue you - as a person |
if you are a corporation - I can sue the Corporation for all it is worth, but if the Board of Directors, (Corp Trustees) intentionally Bankrupted the Corporation (that was developed with the explicit intention labeling a candidate) I would receive nothing to compensate the damages. Additionally the Board of Trustees would not be held accountable and be allowed to develop and form another Corporate Entity to do it all over again

5. But now it opens up all other channels and media. Not to mention drives the cost of slots up |
keeping insurgent candidates from being able to afford advertising

8. Doesn't drive up costs at all |
FCC regulations state that a station has to sell a political ad at the lowest cost for that time period.
