In essence..
Only an American citizen capable of producing a birth certificate can spend on pol adverts. Since the USSC considers corporations as people/citizens.

The USSC's decision struck down spending limits, mostly imposed under McCain-Feingold. The scope of the USSc's decision is limited to spending limits.

More likely they'd need to show the Articles of Incorporation to see where the company is based.

The likely ruling would be that articles of incorporation serve as a "birth certificate" for a corporation.

This isn't the avenue to pursue.
