OMG Gregory asked McConnell a "tough" question!
He asked him if the "party of no" was justified because as he'd just said, no Repug would support HCR. After McConnell said no Repugs were involved in the process he asked a follow up question! He asked, "Weren't there Republicans on the budget committee."

McConnell is his usual creepy, lying self. And he just called the Democrats arrogant. He said the bill is over, Gregory said is it? Then McConnell backtracked and said that's up to the majority. I don't believe or understand a word that comes out of his mouth.

2. I think Massachusetts was a shot across the bow
Every incumbent, whether he/she be reptile or Democratic is on short notice as of that shot. We are seeing what is going on and not liking what we're seeing. My prediction is our congress is going to look much different when the President's term is over. Not so much in ratios but as in different people.

i also think that diebold may have had a hand in that win too :hi:

3. eh ...
I tuned in halfway, and frankly he let McConnell slim away unabated ...

Gregory - so what is the republican plan ...
McConnell - BO this, democrats that, tax cuts this, TALK about deficits that ...

NOW, had a D totally not answered that question, the retort would have been, "so, you don't have a plan."

But, frankly, it was the usual sunday show dog and pony show, serving up open ended "tough" questions, then let the Rs spew their disigenious crape unabated and moving on - in reality just throwing them softballs to smash ...

BTW, again, why a friggen R?

Seriously, be it a D or be it an R president, the stats show clearly, the put Rs on these shows to feed softballs week after week ...

4. Good god that was intolerable ...
A PAINFUL reminder of why I have totally given upon the Sunday shows ...

The "panel" as they ALWAYS do featured one scared of his own shadow liberal, one gloating piece of crape conservative and two "journalists" thought Katty Kay is not horrible, and everyone including Gregory shared one basic theme - ALL BAD NEWS FOR DS, ALL THE TIME ...

Somehow Chuck Todd got that the whole Tea Bag and conservative thing has gotten so out of hand that Rs can't go home and talk about bringing federal money to the district, and somehow that was ... bad for Obama ...

That friggen dispshit ex Reagen speech writer scag did a comparison of Reagen and BO and said, "both YOUNG presidents ..." I about puked when she said it, and how no one on the "panel" said something is par for the course ...

But, of course, doing the Reagen comparison Todd declared that BO needs to campaign, not against the arse hat republicans, but his own democratic party in the congress ...

It has been months since I watched this crape ...
