So what happens when a Corporation declares bankruptcy - does that mean they died and no longer have any free speech until they come out of bankruptcy and then they get their free speech rights back?

The OP question is quite clear and valid in light of the SCOTUS re-affirming Corporations have the same rights as a person (or for legal purposes Corporate Personhood)
