Supreme Court Ruling - Corporations have free speech rights.
So what happens when a Corporation declares bankruptcy - does that mean they died and no longer have any free speech until they come out of bankruptcy and then they get their free speech rights back?

5. Not the same thing at all
The Tyco Execs were convicted of writing checks for themselves - we call this embezzlement of funds

The OP question is quite clear and valid in light of the SCOTUS re-affirming Corporations have the same rights as a person (or for legal purposes Corporate Personhood)

Can a Corporation be convicted of a crime and the "Entity" (listed Trustees of the Corporation) be sentenced to jail
