The House is in session and will vote on the Supplemental Bill with a starting
day of leaving Iraq on October 1st of this year and total withdrawal by April 1, 2008

The debate is being shown on C-Span.

4. The house needs to stop this whole "supplemental" funding of war
This is not an "oops we just got attacked" thing. It;s an ONGOING WAR..has been for years. It needs to be an INTEGRAL part of the budget.

Supplementals are for UNFORESEEN occurrences, not a years-long war.

Everyone knows what the debate is about, who's supporting whom, and who's keeping our troops bogged down in Iraq. Little pidly fiddling with the name of the legislation is irrelevant and trivial.
