11. Obama really needs to give up on the bipartisan stuff.
It should be VERY OBVIOUS at this point that the Republicans will have nothing to do with it.

They want to delay, block, obfuscate. And that's exactly what they've been doing.

Obama is a smart guy, he needs to smell the coffee and take a hike down a different path. One that isn't lined on one side with Republicans.
