OTOH the city of Gainesville, FL, where UF and the Gators are located, it is one of the more tolerant and progressive cities in Florida. You won't find the kind of rednecks and rightwingers there as they are more common in other areas of Florida.

As a male, I think it would be counterproductive to attack Tebow for this one sin against liberal thinking, he is an obvious tool for these right-to-lifers to use, just like Elian Gonzalez was once kidnapped and used by some phoney foster parents in Miami, for their own political agenda, but fortunately Pres. Clinton and AG Reno straightened that sorry bunch up and put the Cuban emigre-fascists in their place.

However, any female would have every right to criticize Tebow for his ignorant viewpoint and maybe CBS will pay a price for it, too.

Tebow is still young and has a lot of learning in life to do. I hope he doesn't continue his association with the rightwing, though. It's bad for the NFL image, just think about what would have happened if the fascist talk show host Rush Limbaugh would have been allowed to be an owner of the St. Louis Rams.

Personally I'm outraged by this being shown during the SB.
