14. Sounds like this attorney has an ethical conflict of interest, placing his own license in jeopardy..

First, you owe duties of loyalty, exclusivity, and confidentiality to your client(s). Second, you have to evaluate who is paying you to determine if you have a conflict of interest in representing a client, and anonymous payment of your fee does not cut it.

Until you can answer these questions, you have an ethical obligation not to represent anyone because you violate one of these duties by proceeding to further represent these boys.
