Bob Dylan will be one of the artists at the next In Performance at the White House on February 10. The administration said it will be "a celebration of music from the civil rights movement."

The emcees will be Morgan Freeman and Queen Latifah. Other performers announced include Natalie Cole, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, John Mellencamp, Smokey Robinson, Seal, and Blind Boys of Alabama.

The concert will be streamed live on the White House website starting at 5:15 p.m. ET. PBS will broadcast a television special the following evening, Feb. 11, at 8 p.m. ET. A one-hour "concert special" is slated to be posted online at NPR Music.

9. Absolutely! And where's Pete Seeger? Or Mavis Staples? Oh well. Hope Dylan sings
"Masters of War" but he probably won't...

14. Who is that with them?
Wow... I do love seeing Bob and Joan together... diamonds and rust, as it were:)

Thanks. I'm passing this pic on to my daughter... she love's Joan. We saw her perform twice last year. My daughter even named her guitar "Joan Ibanez."

3. Very happy to see Mellencamp in the mix...
...as far as I'm concerned, he, Willie and Neil earned their stripes with "Farm Aid." I like all three as performers, but as far as what they have "given back," it begins with Farm Aid. Doesn't end there, either.

8. It's all about the music for Bob
Tho he did seem happy on Nov 4th when he was performing in Minnesota and announced "looks like there's gonna be a change happenin'" when he heard Obama won the election.

Bob is so cool.
