What does this mean?
"We have to seek new markets aggressively, just as our competitors are. If America sits on the sidelines while other nations sign trade deals, we will lose the chance to create jobs on our shores. But realizing those benefits also means enforcing those agreements so our trading partners play by the rules. And that's why we'll continue to shape a Doha trade agreement that opens global markets and why we will strengthen our trade relations in Asia and with key partners like South Korea, and Panama, and Colombia."

Could someone please explain what a "Doha trade agreement" is?

2. This is a discussion board.
People come here for discussion. I have asked questions before that I could easily look up on Google, but some people like helping other people out, and engaging in an actual discussion rather than simply reading facts on a page.

5. On a "bitter" note:
I think it means, how much foreign destablization, invasion, and occupation we can clandestinely instigate that will bring contracts back to weapons specialists; OTOH, it may mean you will have the opportunity to buy much more $15 lb bags of specialty coffee at Whole Paycheck and woven/beaded backscratchers. That way, jittery politicians can scratch theit itchy trigger fingers and any other body parts.
