Business recognize that our economy is going to be a changed economy. When the Median Income drops, and it has been steadily dropping over the last decade---common sense tells anyone --this is not a country as rich as it once was. Therefore, each business knows it will not produce, sell or provide as many items, services etc as in the past. People will not earn the same higher salaries.
