6. In a way...

...I don't think we ever want to own the slogan. However, when used on someone who has voiced those sentiments in the past, or in any situation where it is clearly evident that the phrase is being turned around for effect, then I say yes we should use it. It's so much fun watching the confused expression on the face of the person you are saying it to...

the repugs are king of the slogan and for a lot of Americans it hits home and gives them a rallying cry. Its short and to the point.
