Time to get Pelosi to put the articles of impeachment on the floor for all 5 felonius SC judges
and prepare to indict them for treason.

That's what Pelosi needs to do, and do it today.

Whether they deserve it or not.

The move that the public could get behind would be to start a move to correct the problem properly.

5. well, since they haven't committed a felony or treason, that's a really dumb idea
They made a bad decision. It sucks. But its not a felony to reach a decision that a lot of people (including four other SCOTUS justices and me) disagree with. And its not treason.

Six Justices of the SCOTUS upheld FDR's order directing the internment of Japanese Americans during WWII, including Justices Douglas and Frankfurter. SHould they have been impeached for what to many appears to be a horrifically wrong decision?

11. It's just that DUers like to shake their fists and call for impeachment
since it went so well during the Bush years. They're not concerned at all where the votes in the House would come from for impeachment or then where the 67 votes for conviction would come from in the Senate. You'd reckon by now that people here would understand that impeachment does not mean removal.

6. Yes, it's time
An SC ruling that opens our elections to manipulation by foreigners is blatantly treasonous.

8. i recommend you find a copy of the constitution and read Art III, Sec 3
"Treason" in the United States is a very narrow, very specifically defined offense.

16. Treason
Treason
 Treason Trea"son, n. {OE. tresun, treisun, traisoun, OF.
tra{"i}son, F. trahison, L. traditio a giving up, a
delivering up, fr. tradere to give up, betray. See Traitor,
and cf. Tradition.}

1. The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of
the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of
betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power;
disloyalty; treachery.
{1913 Webster}

Also, impeachment doesn't require a violation of the law.

17. Mistaking Webster's dictionary for the Constitution of the US -- that's wild
And no, impeachment doesn't require a violation of the law. But since precedent seems important to you, you might consider the precedent of the attempt to impeach and remove Samuel Chase -- the only time in US history where such an effort was launched against a SCOTUS Justice and the failure of which has long been regarded as having validated the concept of the independence of the Judiciary -- ie., they don't get "impeached" because the current majority in Congress happens to disagree with their decisions.

13. Just trying to be helpful.
This person apparently has no idea how American government works. Perhaps taking a course or a quick read of the Constitution would really help.
