They would own a corporation, not be one. People could legally hire that corporation to do work for them, but that corporation couldn't pay its owner a wage legally (only dividends off the profits).

personhood? Didn't Obama say that the ruling could mean that foreign Corps would influence our election system? I don't know, just asking. But if it didn't stress 'American Corps only', then I don't see why someone couldn't incorporate and then claim the rights of other Corps
