Born and raised in Orlando (although I have since escaped), and I make fun of the charmless area relentlessly, but come winter time, I always remember its one redeeming quality.

but I got dragged up here on a job a few years back. It's not bad but I prefer the Atlantic coast and further south. I'm looking for work right now so I may end up back down South again!

Actually, logic dictates that it's easier to get warm than get cool enough. Parts of Florida get WAY too hot and muggy for the other half of the year, and I'd hate to be there on those days.

12. A guy at work just arrived back from Orlando today

He said it's a bit nippy here in Dallas (35 degrees) compared to Orlando. lol

going down to around 14 tonight, climbing to 25 Saturday....with a nice cool breeze.

Not going to snow here, though - that's passing by to the south.
