Best night of political teevee in months...and it's on a Friday night.

I had taken the day off of work and was going snowboarding today, but it was -11 degrees in Vermont today. So I got to hear Obama's smack-down of the GOP, and am thoroughly enjoying the continued coverage. But it just struck me...this is kinda like the old "Friday News Dumps." Big stuff that most people won't here because it's Friday night and no one is home watching news.
Of course, I hope I'm wrong. But the Sunday news show guests are already booked, Greggory's script has already been written. Something tells me this will all "blow over" in time for the next news cycle.
