3. I was so sickened by this story...

My heart just bleeds for Elizabeth Edwards. She is a strong woman, and she doesn't
need me to feel sorry for her. I don't pity her...I just wish that I could take all
of the pain away. Her entire life was John Edwards and to be faced with this betrayal
as she fights terminal cancer--is incredibly unfair. She does not deserve this.

John Edwards is obviously a sociopath.

to have an affair with that flibberdigibit when his wife was dying of cancer--and
proceed to run for President--knowing that he had been cheating and that he fathered
a child--is the epitome of self serving, don't you think?

The man had NO FEELINGS about what he did. He wanted to run for President--but he
didn't give a damn that if he had been our party nominee--he would have destroyed
our chances for winning. Either that or he would have been impeached.

7. Honestly?

You don't have a clue what he is. His beloved son died, his wife was diagnosed with a terminal illness and his world fell apart. After going through that, you want us to believe he's a sociopath with no feelings? Based on what? Any version of events we come up with are nothing but fiction.

I do not know the intimate details of the Edwards' marriage, nor so I want to know. Let them have their privacy and what remains of their dignity.
