They used to have some insightful stuff; a lot of history with the likes of Eric Foner. . .

not so much lately -

their latest offering:

John Yoo, Crisis and Command
This book, written by a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel (2001-2003), looks at the history of executive power going back to President George Washington. Professor Yoo discusses his book with Victoria Toensing, former assistant attorney general in the Justice Department's Criminal Division (1984-1988) and founding partner at diGenova & Toensing, LLP.
