Obama on Moving Right

At the Georgetown-Duke basketball game this afternoon, President Obama visited with CBS announcer Verne Lundquist who showed footage of the president playing basketball, NBC News reports.

Lundquist: "Mr. President, you're a left-hander, do you have any trouble going to your right?"

Obama: "I can go to my right now and then. I went to the House Republican caucus the other day. But there's no doubt I have a stronger left hand."

3. Watching and waiting for you to go left, Mr. President
Your right-hand moves have yielded disappointing results. Start using that stronger left hand NOW, please.

4. I hope you remember where you came from, and use that left hand a lot more.
We voted for you, they did not.

5. That's genuinely funny.
I appreciate that BO can do both genuine & funny. At the same time, too.

6. He went before the GOP & defended as "reform" a rewarmed 1993 GOP mandate to purchase from a cabal..

....which the GOP now calls "socialism"

If there was ever a time to sink a left handed free throw, this is is: with 72% of Americans supporting a "public plan like Mwdicare" available to all American.

So why feint left and shoot a trick right handed hook in front of the GOP bench?

Why shoot the same hook that Bob Dole and colleagues tried in 1993?

And, to step out of metaphor, why arrest Margatret Flowers, MD, again, for advocating Medicare-for-All, while he soliciting suggestions from the GOP bench who think their own 1993 bill is "socialism"?

:hi:

:kick:

"If Barack Obama’s bill gets changed to exclude the public entities, it is not health insurance reform…it rises and falls on whether the public is allowed to choose Medicare if they’re under 65 or not. If they are allowed to choose Medicare as an option, this bill will be real health care reform...."

7. I'll bet that when he uses his right hand, it seems like somebody else is doing it.
