I just watched this on Documentary Channel.
The poverty, drug usage, prostitution, alcoholism, lack of government assistance is scary. It's a bit scary here too, but not like that. And the cold!
One critic of the Russian government said the progam to support sex education was opposed by big money from "pro-life" groups in the USA.
If something doesn't happen soon, the number of HIV/AIDS victims will be 12 million by 2020 they said.
