Just a reminder to check with any elderly/handicapped neighbors to see if they need anything. Emergency services in many areas are telling folks to prepare to be housebound for at least three days, and no doubt many may not be able to get out for days after that. There may be power outages as well. Make sure those who need us most are secure in knowing someone is looking out after them. Those on medications may need to have prescriptions filled.

I really worry about the homeless right now and what measures are being taken to bring them in out of this storm.
