"I'm running for President 08"

I think it is sick for us as a country to be locked in so heavily to these three democrat candidates roughly two years before the election. This is beyond a doubt not an open "election market". I dream of some joe/jane coming along with nothing (no status, no money, no experience, etc) but with an incredibly passionate vision that people can get into.



What the country needs ultimately is someone who actually works for the good of the country. You know someone who actually does his/her job.


I thought why not make up a button, sticker etc:


"I'm running for President 08" which could be worn by anyone. As a joke, as a question, as a dare, whatever....



The idea being: getting the country out of its "rut", getting a nation to focus outside the box capitalism creates for us.

3. I'm waiting for some pol, Dem or Rethug, to say:

"I'm running for president in 09."

And with Gonzalez making his 'rulings' on the Constitution, who knows?

4. Gore if he runs will make 4 leading Dem candidates.

5. I put that chance at 1 in 100. He's already said hes not running. Why on earth do we dream?
