Sonoma company's pants take Olympics by storm


Fashion statement or an attempt to blind opponents?


When the Norwegian curlers took to the ice at the Olympics last week, they showed off much more than their game faces. They sported new pants. Not just any pants, mind you. These trousers were covered in blue, red, white and gray diamonds -- a fashion statement that was heard around the world. Since their debut, the trousers and the team have garnered a considerable amount of media coverage. The pants have nearly 450,000 fans on their very own Facebook page created by a Rochester, N.Y., man. Even Norway's King Harald, who watched the curlers on Tuesday, was given a pair. Though no one knows for sure if he plans to wear them
