wait did I just see Darrell Issa on Tweety
"I come from a state that needs a 2/3 majority to raise taxes so I'm going to go back to my state and tell my constituents that the spirit of the Senate has been compromised." Boy I'm sure glad when he rushed back to California when they changed tax law in 2001 and 2003 through reconciliation and told us how he angry Republicans violated the spirit of the Senate.... oh I guess huge tax breaks for the rich are still ok. Anyways hows that 2/3 majority working out in California. No budget or legislative gridlock problems here. Just nice clean smooth legislating. The kind of thing Californians are proud of and why the state legislature gets huge popular support here. Given Issa is too sad a politician to win anything but an Orange Country house seat. Heck he couldn't even win his own created rigged Governor election. Should I really care what he thinks about Senate rules? Hey Issa win a Senate seat, then cry.

3. The 2/3 rule is the reason we have so many problems here
Every year, it's the same mess. Republicans want to control everything rather they win elections or not.

4. He put a lot of money
into the recall of Gray Davis. He thought he could by himself the Governor's mansion. pretty funny. He must not have read the fine print of CA's recall election rules. Anybody could be on the ballot with just a handful of signatures and a small fee. we had an election with over 200 people on the ballot. Poor Darryl actually cried when he had to drop out.

So the crying part he's got down. Winning, not so much.

5. Watching him just now - He is a real shit, isn't he?
The poor republicans tried to help america but the socialist democrats wouldn't let them. Whiner.

California, please vote this guy out.
