IMO one thing the Bush* Administration excelled at was creating Low Expectations. |

They made it seem they were completely incompetent on all issues yet passed virtually everything they put forward. Obama on the other hand has fed the country on Very High Expectations and by doing so appears to be a failure to those that don't pay close attention. Bush* played the idiot and he did it well, so very little was expected of him. Not saying that was good but it certainly made their life a lot easier..

and it was so easy to hold low-expectations with that group of incompetents
so when they failed to achieve, it was no surprise
