Strange thought I had

Ok ok I have a lot of thoughts that "some" would consider strange, but anyway, it seems that Obama and the PM of Canada had a wager on the hockey game. Each man bet a case of beer and as we all know, team USA lost so Obama owes a case on Yuenling (sp?). But my thought was, I wonder how the right is going to try and spin this? "Oh that Obama, gambling! We can't have a gambler in the White House!" or something equally as ridiculous. Or maybe they'll be all P.O.ed about him not betting some commercial national "beer" such as Budweiser or Miller. Just a (somewhat strange) thought. I guess the right complains about EVERYTHING Obama does, so I expect someone to complain about this too.

I think Budweiser is now also owned by a non-US company. You know, you really can't be sure of the origin of anything anymore.

While I'm thinking of it, were US olympic team uniforms American made, whether union or not.

and I have heard no complaining about gambling, but have heard snickers because some say it is a non-union workforce. I don't know if it is or not, but any complaining over it would be ridiculous, since this type of wager is nothing new.
