1. My congresswoman is Rosa DeLauro and no hypocrite.

The answer I got from typing in my address and zip code is "Your representatives supported the Recovery Act and helped create as many as 3.9 million American jobs. Send them a letter of thanks today." I'm calling her New Haven office today and thanking her and encouraging her to "keep up the good work."

5. Mine is Bill Shuster so it goes without saying that he's a hypocrite.

His father (Bud) set the standard for pork and earmarks, not to mention corruption in all its' forms and his son is a chip off the old rotten block.


He opposed the stimulus 100% and has since taken credit for every project in the district that it has funded. He's never too busy to pose for a pretty picture of himself holding a shovel or an oversized pair of scissors.

6. Done! and mine is, I think

Vern Ehlers, of Michigan's 3rd, even though he's not running for re-election. He's a really lame guy, so it wouldn't surprise me that he's one of those highway hypocrites. He made a big deal out of bragging about how he helped de-fund ACORN. I wrote him back asking him if he was as "vigilant" with the fraud and abuse by Blackwater, Halliburton, and KBR. I got bupkus from him, of course.

What a tool.
