The Allstate insurance company reported that, in 2007, the Hallmark company sold approximately 85,000 "Happy 100th Birthday!" cards. Perhaps it's because their life expectancy in the early 1900's was only 30 years. Today it is the same as ours, somewhere in the 70's. Japan also has a lot of old people so I don't think we have the most old people.
