Document shows US has funded, staffed, operated CONCENTRATION CAMPS on Army installations.
A close friend of mine found it here. There are other creepy government documents at the link as well:

Can somebody confirm if this is a legitimate letter or a forgery? Does anybody have Mr. Zell Setzer as their congressman in North Carolina or had him as a congressman?

1. Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro NC has a Federal Prison on it
Senator Jesse Helms did it so as to give another reason for SJ not to be closed.

2. Maxwell AFB also has a federal prison camp.
They do things like the yardwork and dry-cleaning for the honor guard (who say the prisoners do a better job then the regular dry-cleaning service).
