Texas Judge Says Death Penalty Unconstitutional
Notice how they just happen to mention his tattoos and former drug and alcohol use.

Fine said in his ruling Thursday that it is safe to assume innocent people have been executed.

"Are you willing to have your brother, your father, your mother be the sacrificial lamb, to be the innocent person executed so that we can have a death penalty so that we can execute those who are deserving of the death penalty?" he said. "I don't think society's mindset is that way now."

7. Idiot Bush oversaw over one hundred executions. Some might have been
innocent of the specific crime but he felt that it didnt matter. They were all scum and if they werent guilty of this crime they were probably guilty of another. Idiot Bush is a sociopath.

It's not that they want you kill us, they just dont care if we die.

10. Are you willing to have your innocent brother, sister, father, mother locked in prison for life
Edited on Sat Mar-06-10 06:01 PM by Taitertots
So that we can lock up for life those who are deserving of life in prison. It is safe to say innocent people have died while serving life in prison.

I'm more concerned that the people who actually had a chance of reform are systemically abused by violent criminals. Are you willing to have your brother, son, mother, be the sacrificial lamb, to be systemically abused and raped by violent criminals because you are afraid they might be innocent.
