What a great dream, but I wonder if anything would be left of our government if such a bill passed. It would gut the core of our so called democracy.

Amendments to Act:

1. Cancel the F-35 (continued production of F/A 18 is more cost effective)
2. Cancel the Reliable Replacement Warhead (we don't need any more nukes)
3. Cancel the F-22 and mothball existing units (no mission)
4. Disband the Missile Defense Agency (after 50 years of development, missile defense still does not work)

Dennis Kucinich immediately comes to mind. Also get the CBO to score it.
