Congressional budget director sees bleak outlook
ARLINGTON, Virginia (Reuters) – The director of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office on Monday said the U.S. fiscal outlook is "bleak," with a worrisome rise in debt levels looking likely.

CBO Director Douglas Elmendorf was speaking to a National Association of Business Economists conference.
