(CNN) -- Gay and lesbian groups are attacking a decision by the archdiocese of Denver, Colorado, not to re-enroll a child in a Catholic school in Boulder, Colorado, next year because the child's parents are lesbians.

The issue centers on the Sacred Heart of Jesus School, where the pre-schooler is currently enrolled.

Sorry. I've been debating Christians lately, and I sometimes quote some of the most ridiculous things they say. Didn't think anyone would take them seriously.

4. I wonder why they'd want their kid at that hateful, un-Christian school

in the first place, but since they do, they should be allowed to subject the child to that horrible crap if they want.

11. Religious run daycare can be much cheaper. They are exempt from regulation.

Church run daycare uses the First Amendment to gain exemption from state regulation of daycare. In some cases this has led to deaths of children.

In other cases, the daycare is a bargain, perhaps even subsidized.

I was accepted to a Catholic school even though my Mom was a twice divorced single Mom -- which, back in 1965, was quite scandalous. I was (by Catholic standads) illegitimate -- but they didn't feel the need to punish me by refusing me a good education.

Not very "Christian" of this group.
