FLINT (WJRT) -- (03/09/10)--A Flint family is speaking out as Toyota executives prepare to answer questions surrounding the death of their loved one.
It was nearly two years ago when 77-year-old Guadalupe Alberto was killed while driving a 2005 Toyota Camry.
That vehicle was not a part of any recall, but the family believes there was something defective in the car.
Because of a court order, members of the Japanese automaker's top brass are going to be questioned later this week on this particular incident.
Genesee County Circuit Judge Archie Hayman ordered the meeting between Toyota's North American President, the head of U.S. sales and lawyers for the family of Alberto.
A few years after her death, this development is only providing a little bit of comfort for her family.
