nyone my age will remember the knife-pleated white skirts popular in the 60's. Anyway, my best friend was going to make a speech at assembly, and while we waited in the wings to "go on", she did not notice that the chair she was sitting on, had the remnants of a hershey bar on it. As she walked out on stage, everyone started laughing. The candy bar was just dangling there, and finally fell off.

When I was in fifth grade I had the habit of sitting on one leg at my desk. As I got up from my desk one day to give something to the teacher, my petticoat (that should give away my age) got stuck in the metal lining of the seat and...rrrrriiiiiipppppp...a long strip of petticoat had ripped off, stuck between me & the desk. One of the most humorous moments I provided for my classmates.
