Each new "conflict" that the US involves itself in, becomes more and more difficult to distinguish the "enemies" from the allies, and the 21st century enemy now wears no military uniforms, has no chain of command, nor flies any flag. This is a jihad fueled conflict, which should have been handled as a police action, and not necessitating the involvement of the US military, (who has been supplied and supported by for-profit defense contractors)from the get-go.

If you really care about the people of Afghanistan then support the few, miniscule left-wing, pro-woman organizations in the country and bolster the tiny left-wing organizations in Pakistan. Our soldiers can't "bring democracy" to Afghanistan (even those who truly care) and Blackwater XE should not be getting our tax dollars. This is a war for position and mercenary gain. Those who died on 9-11 deserve better than to have their memory used for cynical tactical manipulation for global market expansion.
