There are no little seats at the table. |

No little person got to the table to talk about health care needs.
No little person got to the table to talk about education policy.
No little person got to the table to talk about financial reform.
No little person got to the table to talk about saving union jobs at the Big Three ...... Two ..... One .... Won.
No little person got to the table to talk about not sending their kid to war.
Three hundred million plus little people and not one of us got to the table.
(My respectful acknowledgment of Little People; thanks for letting me borrow the term.)

1. We don't get on talk shows, either. |
|
I'd like to see a "Meet the Press" segment that includes the little people. When a Republican spouted off about how horrible it is to do anything about health care, I'd ask him for a list of the uninsured people he (or she) is willing to sacrifice.

2. I think that would be happening if the media wasn't corporate owned |
|
And it would be so much more interesting!

4. They heard the stories but decided that the people who matter aren't those suffering |
|
but those that write the checks.
