1. If that isn't photoshopped, and it doesn't appear to be, what an embarrassment he is!!
Look at his pants too, smudged with dust or dirt, and his shoes look pretty worn as well. The article also mentions his comb-licking. You'd think the president of the World Bank could at least attempt to look as if he shouldn't be a client.
