Poll question: What would you do with the District of Columbia? |
|
I'm curious to see where DU stands on this issue currently.
Disclaimer - I realize that some of these options might require an amendment, not merely a congressional vote.

17. I can't speak for this poster, but what he may be referring to is that the wise founding fathers... |
|
..built our capital in a swamp. It is murderously hot and muggy in summer...it is freezing cold in winter.
..or maybe that's not what he meant

14. Statehood, with no equivocations. |
|
Population
Wyoming - 544,270
District of Columbia - 599,657
Either make Washington DC a state, or revoke Wyoming's statehood. N'est-ce pas?
