I want to know what the bill actually says, not what the Congress office promises it will do.

The analysis in the link says the bill , for my voting district, will:

Improver coverage for 382.000 people.
Improve Medicare for 118,000 people.

I want to know how, when, will that be done? Who defines "improve"?

3. This is how the Media has contributed to the "dumbing Down"

of America. They will only present conflict and or the
the political angle. It requires to much thought and
energy to cover substance. They stir up conflict and
then wonder why Americans are so "uncivil".

That disgusting sight in sight in Columbus, Ohio just
yesterday. The GOPers protesting against health care
were taunting mercilessly a poor man suffering from Parkinsons.

No they did not tell those guys to taunt him. Their
example of yelling and constantly creating conflict on

4. I'm glad someone else has noticed how quiet the

corporate media has been about what's actually in the bill. I may have a different take on it than you do, however.

I suspect the media are waiting for it to be passed and signed before they come down with a fury on the mandate in order to boost the R's. I am fully expecting to see headlines like "Mandate Angers Americans." They sure as hell aren't going to be touting anything positive about the bill.
