Poll question: Okay. It's time. Should the Iraq Resolution be binding or non-binding?
Given the recent and continued power grab by this administration demonstrated by the new EO that attempts to undermine the switch in the balance of power, shouldn't this be the final straw in regards for any consideration in how this administration and the new congress can function? Granted, the new congress has only been in power for 3 weeks, but it's clear that whether it's on domestic or foreign policy, this administration is signaling that it resents the will of the voters and that a much stronger approach will be needed by congress to curtail the ongoing abuse of executive authority.

1. "As binding as the death toll" (to quote Sean Penn)
The 110th Congress has a MANDATE. Get on with it!
