need legal reference for abortion....illegal to use fed. funds
Federal funds are not allowed to be used for abortion. Friends and family are upset about HCR because of the abortion factor. Now they want me to prove it. I need to quote it. Where can I find it? Please help!

2. The Hyde Amendment, for one.
That restricted access to abortion for women on Medicaid. There have been other rules over the years affecting all Federal employees and international family planning agencies receiving U.S. funds.

Google each phrase above and you should come up with citations beyond Hyde.
