I think Camp is lying

I just heard him on MSNBC say unions have a special exemption from the excise tax until 2018. It was my understanding the extension til 2018 for everyone was part of reconciliation while also raising the amount that would be subject to the tax. Does anyone know the answer to this?

And, BTW, screw Ed for saying the union workers don't make up that much of the population as a way of excusing this tax. The lower power and membership of unions is one of our problems as workers right now.
